Disappointed
Dr Cornwell was patient, kind and smart. I would have trusted him as my doctor. His nurse and ultrasound technician were great too. However, when there was a discrepancy in billing the office staff was unresponsive and then dismissive. I even emailed Dr Cornwell to express my disappointment but it was left unanswered.

I checked in for my 3:30 appointment
I checked in for my 3:30 appointment, paid my copay and then sat for 45 minutes. A few other patients came and went. Finally the lady behind the counter went to see what was going on. The doctor had left, wasn't seeing him. Finally called me back for a 10 minute follow-up scan. No apology or explanation given.

Dealt with dishonesty
You said you would use my VA referral but instead you ran my visit through Medicare which cost me 45.00. If I had to get surgery it will cost a lot more. This is unfair and disrespectful. I will no longer use your service.

Wait time too long.
I had to wait over a month for initial appointment which I accepted, but then after getting all the testing done and an assessment by the doctor stating I needed five procedures they could not do the first procedure for 4 1/2 months. I had to leave the area a few days before the first procedure so am having to start all over with a new vein center and have had pain and severe swelling all these months.

Terrible communication and billing procedures.
I have no complaints about the physician’s skill or results. I was extremely disappointed in the difficulty to communicate with those who actually work at the Atlanta office. The billing process was equally frustrating. I received a notice from a fee collection agency although it was clear that I paid all non-insured debts in full. I wouldn’t consider recommending this organization due to a total failure to communicate critical information that clearly should be available to every client.
