My insurance company had a major computer breakdown and is taking way too long to pay providers. The Center for Vein Restoration knew this and sent my account to a debt collection agency even though I do not owe them money. Further, their actions are a HIPPA violation AND I now have to remove this from all three credit bureaus to bring my score back to where it belongs. This is inexcusable! If you want a provider that cares about people, keep looking. This a corporate chain that clearly worships the bottom line and not the Hippocratic Oath. A TRAVESTY!

Costumer service is awful. They don’t help reschedule appointments. They’re not friendly or polite. Had to make several calls to reschedule for a procedure appt. It should be easier than that

The waiting time was way too long waited over an hour to be seen. That's ridiculous.

The car was terrible, and the people treated me terribly. They were rude and whoever came into the room, had absolutely no idea what they were doing, and the doctor was utterly clueless and could not understand what the hell she was saying, even though we live in the United States for English is spoken.

I was informed on the 1st visit I would be shown how to put on the circuit leg with the velcro. I can certainly understand most of it. The confusing part is cutting the strap on the foot part, as well as the card to compare?

Difficulty reaching office. Made 18 attempts since 12/11, then in office on 12/19 and front desk person just stared at me when I asked why no one answered the phone. During the holidays the office was closed, but no messaging provided. One scheduler (not in office) said they were open, another said they were in Silver Spring and finally another said the Rockville office was closed for the holidays. Lack of follow through and lack of basic customer service skills. Just seat savers. I fault Dr. Fernandez as these folks are his representatives.
