Everyone from start to finish was great!! Each person I encountered was very knowledgeable. The only thing that I would have preferred was to have the nurse there in person instead of on a computer screen. The nurse was very professional and answered all of my questions but, I just prefer in person interaction. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone needing their services!

Upon entering the office the receptionist was very friendly and efficient. She made me feel welcomed as well as concerned about why I was there. My waiting time to see a technician was short and I found her professional, efficient and friendly. The only negative thing that day was that the office areas were very chilly. After waiting to see the doctor, one of the personnel returned, noticed how chilly the room was and provided a heater to warm the room. There was a long wait for me to see the doctor, but he did apologize and I would certainly want him to spend what ever time was necessary with his previous patient. To me it was clear that he really cared about his patients. While talking with me, I found him to be professional and informative. I left with a good understanding of the different stages of vein disease.

Dr Hamilton is such a knowledgeable physician. He provided me with great information.
