I really liked the staff. They were friendly & professional. The doctor explained the treatment plan in detail. I only wish they were able to give me my total out of pocket. I had to call my insurance several times to get pricing on codes. As it turned out. I was unable to have the treatment because it was way too expensive.

Good results, however facility is not impressive.

The nurses and doctors at the vein clinic were great: friendly, helpful, professional. However, I wasn't told beforehand that it would require at least four procedures per leg; I went in thinking that it would take only two procedures. Also, no one warned me about the pain. I found the first injection of anesthetic to be extremely painful - definitely an 8 out of 10. I would have taken klonopin beforehand if I had known. Still, I would recommend the center to anyone considering vein work.

What a wonderful group of caregivers at the Glastonbury Center for Vein Restoration.The ladies in the office were very cheerful and so helpful. All the nurses, technicians etc. were kind and caring and made my visits comfortable. And of course, Dr. Harris was wonderful. He explained the procedure and answered all my questions. I didn’t know that it could take weeks for my leg to heal, but over all a very positive experience. I would highly recommend Dr. Harris and his staff.

Appointments were schedule fast. But sometimes the availability of the offices I would like to go were very difficult to get.

I really didn’t know what I was expecting, but I was overwhelmed. I didn’t feel anything! My procedure was done in a professional manner. The doctor told me everything that was happening. I couldn’t believe I was out of the office and home in no time.
