Went in for a small spot on top of my leg. Was told insurance would cover the visit. They insisted on doing test with no one even reviewing the spot I went in for. Was charged $300 and then found out they are out of network, no matter what I was told. All In all this was a complete waste of a lot of money and I still have no idea what to do about a vein that is above the skin in one area.

I received 2 procedures that I was told got 100% accepted by my insurance which was not true. After I had them done I got a $1000 bill from center for vein restoration. I brought the bill into my next visit and wanted to talk about it but the front desk girl who told me it was covered wasn’t there. The doctor let me know she would be calling me to talk about it. I never received a phone call. I also would not of gotten anything done at that time until I could pay for the difference. I still have multiple procedures that I need done but will be looking at finding somewhere new.

At my appointment I was told a healthcare service would be contacting me to set up lymphatic drainage massage for my legs. They never contacted me. When I called back to let center for vein restoration know, I was told to contact the healthcare service on my own. Another agency came out to measure my feet and legs so that I can get leg pumps and they'll be covered under insurance. That person came and did the measurements and I've never heard anything back from ANYONE from center for vein restoration or the two agencies that they work with. Not good.

The NP was the only thing that was great about this experience. I had a small varicose vein on 1 calf thought at 51 I should get it looked at to make sure no clots etc. they had me do procedures that were very costly and after insurance I’d always still owe 100 just for a visit where they would tell me I needed to come back. This has gone on For about 5 months. I feel like it’s an insurance scam and by the way after 2 treatments. EXPENSIVE treatments. My leg looks no better and it actually has pain where vein is that I never had before!!!! I’d go somewhere else for sure!!!!!

Just a horrible experience all around. No post op instructions given so compression stocking were not wore after surgery like I was supposed to because no one told me until I called a week later complaining of extreme pain , ended up having a vein physically extrude out of my leg as big as a marble then burst was in extreme pain for a a month during recovery and I’m left now with scaring of the area and even more of an unsightly leg then prior to the beginning. They apologized for not providing the post op instructions at a different location. Also the Dr was very brief with me during the consultation and when explaining what happened to my leg I was offered no explanation for what happened and was told that has never happened before in all his time of practice. I would think that if this was the case as a professional you’d be curious to find out why this happened to your patient. The ultra sound nurse had more input to provide Than the doctor to what it may have been. Suggesting that a secondary vein was accidentally closed during the procedure which causes extra pressure as the blood looks to reroute. I don’t recall the name she used but was very helpful. The whole process was very brief and fast as it was just no big deal, but when a patient has a issue that affects him daily from your procedure some concern to why would habe been nice

I didn’t have many exposed spider veins but proceeded with the process as it was a birthday gift from my husband to myself to help with me being self conscious about it. Not only was it an uncomfortable procedure but I have not noticed ANY changes. They did say to give it 3 months but ... it’s been 3 months and NO changes lol Pretty disappointed because it wasn’t cheap (and slightly painful as it felt and looked like mosquito bites - but obviously not lol)

Going to a doctor's and feel comfortable and well care for is my experience I have. The staff is very friendly and put you at ease. Thank you.
