Dr Pappas was excellent I felt I was in very good hands with him. I did not feel the same way about the office staff. I had less than a positive experience with my booking and follow up appointments. Despite waiting for every appointment, almost 20-30 minutes, one time I was 7 minutes past the allowed time and they would not take me. One time after a procedure, despite my forms saying I am allergic to latex they put a latex bandaid on me. The office can do better.

staff was welcoming and helpful. Dr. H was informative and thorough. Professional staff, quite good. Billing dept is confusing, with final charges not at all explained or expected. Would rate billing communication very poor.
