I have waited along time to get in here and the say I went the Dr. Came in the room and said there nothing I can do for u...I have had lipedema and my legs were very long time my right leg got worse I want to see how my veins were and I'm very weak in that leg there's nothing I can do any walked out

When this office was "Calcagno and Rossi" you could reach them on the phone, make appointments, etc. Now that they are CVR you cannot reach the office- just a person somewhere who answers calls. The last time I called to make an appointment (three days ago), I was told that they had no appointments available and that someone at the actual office would call me, which they never happened. The physicians are still excellent. It's the CVR people that drag it down.

I got sclerotherapy on May 4 I tried to call with concerns left a message with the receptionist and never received a call back

I was told to wear bikers shorts and support hose to have my veins in my legs worked on. I could not wear the bikers shorts because of I have problems with my stomach due to several operations. I called to explain my problem and told someone would get back to me. I called twice more no one called back. So I had to cancel all my appointments. Have not heard anything except to receive a bill in the mail for $155.00. I was charged in that bill $30.00 for co-pay that I paid in my visit. Because I feel I was not treated well I do not think I will pay anything. why would I pay money for such bad service.

I learned that not only was the doctor I saw not a board certified Vein and Lymphatic Surgeon, but that my ultrasound should have been conducted partly while I was standing up. I also gained little to no education on the results of my scan other than “your veins are bad and big for your age”. The doctor was not knowledgeable about a common condition (lipedema) that affects many females with leg pain.

I have already reviewed this offic - had extensive work done there a few years ago - wanted to address the further deteriozation of the veins - apparently the office has changed hands although the same doctor is there - he was definitely NOT interested in my situation anhy longer - a bit insulting I thought - could it be that the patient is not so interesting post major profit? I do not advise a visit.

Horrible place. They judge you Dr Kim came in and insulted me telling me my legs were sore and achy because I'm aging when it was because I have a deficiency and I've had the deficiency in my legs since I was in my twenties. Has nothing to do with your age.. I had to hold off from getting it done because I had to get major surgery on my shoulder.. so I was not able to get it done at the time being surgery plus my shoulder was too much so I wanted to revisit after my shoulder surgery. They wouldn't even allow me to reschedule and they made up a bunch of different stories so unprofessional horrible....

I’m extremely disappointed. I was referred to this doctor and he didn’t even want to take the time to explain my condition. Was totally short and kept brushing me off. Then, I get hit with a $300 bill for get doctor who reviewed my results who was not even the doctor I saw and another $40 for my copay. It’s such a rip off.
