The company is good only when they are making money with your hard work. Once you quit, they will try to stop you. However, when you really want to quit, they will let you go, but will put a red flag with the client you were working with through the Center-Tel. This means that you can never be hired with the client directly. This means that the moment, the company stops making money for them through you, they will put a red flag for you,
