Cancelled my appointment the day before and told me I would get a refund and did not refund me now I have to file with AMEX to try and get my money back scam.

I scheduled a covid test and after waiting for thirty minutes beyond my scheduled appointment time, I reached out to the scheduler who advised me that they cancelled my test and should be receiving a refund. We are now about a week later and I still dont have my refund.

My order was canceled and I don’t know why? Im waiting for the refund

I booked My appointment a week out. I got A text 2 hours before the time of my appointment the day of testing with a cancellation. No explanation and no rescheduling. Very unprofessional and very disappointed. Would not recommend this service.
