sales associate never turned my trade in to Verizon. When I called to speak to him, they said he no long was employed there. The next guy was as useless. then I called the manager and he said he would look into it and get back to me still waiting. It's been 2 weeks. meanwhile i am out a lost trade in and have to pay full price for a phone.

Unresolved Issues!
UPDATED REVIEW 10/1
This review is about my experience with Cellular Sales as a company, not simply one employee or location.
I purchased a Samsung Galaxy Z Fold Ultra at a Cellular Sales-operated Verizon Authorized Retailer after being told I would receive a $1,100 promotional trade-in credit. I paid the taxes, provided my information, turned in my previous phone, and expected the promotion I was sold to be honored.
Problems began immediately. I spent hours dealing with a shipping-address concern that the store initially directed me to Verizon corporate to resolve. Management later acknowledged the situation had been mishandled and promised follow-up and compensation for my time. Neither happened.
The bigger problem came when I discovered the $1,100 promotion had not been properly applied. The store manager later confirmed in writing, "Yes the promotion correction was never submitted." After continued attempts to get help, I was eventually told, "Thanks for the feedback please don't contact me any longer."
I then escalated the matter beyond the store to Cellular Sales. After significant effort, Cellular Sales was able to obtain a $900 credit toward my account, but that still left me $200 short of the $1,100 promotion under which I purchased the phone.
What happened next is why this is now a company-wide complaint. Cellular Sales offered the remaining $200 only if I signed a General Release containing broad confidentiality, non-disparagement, release-of-claims, and covenant-not-to-sue provisions. After everything I had already experienced, I was not willing to surrender those rights and agree to stay quiet for the remaining $200 I believe I was owed from the original promotion.
I am extremely disappointed not only in how the original sale was handled, but in how Cellular Sales chose to handle the matter after it was escalated to the company.
I will continue pursuing resolution through the FCC and Texas Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Cellular Sales.

BAIT AND SWITCH
1. Bait and switch. Tried to return within 10 days. Sent to 3 other stores. Then sent to store in American Canyon. They refused to credit the 250 additional I am due. Then.......VERIZON sent a bill for nearly $250 with THREE phone lines...... Within May 27 to June 23 2026 spoke to 16.....sixteen......reps. and I still do not have a full refund.

My Spouse and I purchased two new…
My Spouse and I purchased two new IPhone 17 which were basically supposed to be free - was also told that we were going to pay the same price - we were expecting a higher bill the 1st only.
1) our bill ended being over $ 400
2) next bill is expected to be $ 227 + Taxes
There is a Gentleman named Tamim who sold us the package and phones at the Woodlands Mall in Houston, Tx.
Only cared about his commission - was not truthful - be careful -
Spent 1h30 on the phone trying to sort it out

STAY AWAY
STAY AWAY! This is not a real Verizon store! They just have Verizon name in front. And WHEN you have problems like I’m going through you can’t even deal with Verizon direct you have to go to cellular sales. I never heard of them before this terrible experience. They have been charging me for three phone lines since may. It’s no phone associated to them it was the devices we turn in. They can see it’s no active on the lines and it was supposed to be trade ins. They were supposed to combine my personal and business account together and my bill was supposed to be lowered. But I’m paying over $1000 a month for four phone lines. I own a trucking company and my business is tied to the phone lines so I can’t just can’t switch phone companies. I talked to I spoke with Chrissy and she looked at my case and assured that they would credit my account and she would get this three devices off my account. Now she called me sounding so sad saying they denied my request and couldn’t give me a reason why. So everyday I have to make phone calls to Verizon and cellular sales to try to get some kind of customer service. This place is not Verizon! Stay away go to Verizon direct! I feel like I’m being scammed. Dealing with them is so stressful! Just my experience

I was not told truth
I was not told truth, Cellular sales charged me $45 activation fees and then Verizon charged me $45 activation fees, this is so wrong on all levels, plus signed me up for a $15 monthly insurance that I did not ask for. Your salesman had a better than thou attitude and frowned every time we asked a question. I will not be recommending your store.

Unethical company. Horrible especially to elderly people. This is NOT Verizon.
This company is all about getting the most money out of their customers. They will sell you services especially if you are elderly and will not tell you about it. Please look at your bill very careful. Remember this is NOT VERIZON. This is a reseller and boy do they want to sale everything they can. Non ethical sales people.
