I bought a silver iPhone 14 Pro with 1tb of storage in premium condition, and when it came everything was perfect - except the screen. It would flicker and glitch frequently. I was annoyed, but didn't think too much of it because I could just send it back and get it repaired for free. So I did. But then they never fixed it. Back Market got back to me and said Cell Mart confirmed they received my phone, but they didn't get any more updates after that, and so I was refunded. I don't care about the money, I want my phone back. The Cell Mart Limited I hate you with everything I have. Don't recommend

Warning. Advertised as NEW battery. Got the phone and went to Apple store to see if they could check and, its USED. The customer service is also rude. Before I knew rhis, i contacted them bc they screwed up my fedex label, and i had to drive 30 mins to Fedex hub to pick it up. Cellmarkt customer Service had the audacity to tell me in an email that they don’t create the labels and not to berate them. I emailed back asking well, then who creates the labels and they have say “the market”. What does that even mean? This Customer Service must be in the Philippines because this is that level of stupidity, returning this and not going to order any refurbished phones. All these sites are a gamble.

I got the phone exactly as described, fast delivery and well packaged. Customer service was great concerning the trade-in of my old phone, prompt, clear and friendly. A very good experience over all!

Outstanding customer service , I ordered the wrong item , send them an email , left a message as it was after 4 PM . But the gentleman called me on the pone few minutes later , got in to action , stop the shipment . This is customer service at its best . I will keep ordering from this company.
