I disconnected from Cellcom using the government site Netek. I received a notice of the date of disconnect. 10 days later Cellcom called and said the order for my disconnect was not recognized therefore I have to pay for this additional 10 days. It’s not worth it to take this to court and they know it. This is how they earn extra money by exploiting their customers.

They suck. Plain and simple. i dont ever write reviews but I have had cellcom for over a year and a half now and at first, I thought oh you know the service might not be the best because of the area i lived in. No. I am telling you I have full bars and today, I got stuck in the snow I could not call out to literally anyone. not even 911 because it would keep saying invalid number. I have gone into the stores countless of times, called customer service multiple times and they tell me oh its a sim card. Better yet, they hit me with the "Oh we've been sending you mail stating we gave you a faulty sim card" when I never once got anything in the mail other than to tell me my bill which was Well, I got news for you, I had a customer service rep put a new sim card in about a month ago and it still sucks. I cant tell you how defeating it is time and time again to be told the problems will be fixed and they never are. I could be on the edge of a cliff and could not call anyone. To me that is terrifying and very unreliable. I would not ever EVER recommend this phone provider to anyone. There are a lot of other things as well, when I received my google pixel phone there was promise of getting $200 off the phone for purchasing and switching carriers. Nope, never happened and for the last year and a half they have collected interest on my phone payments. Charging me well above the price of the phone. I can understand they want their money, but it doesn't even work. I also had an incident happen 2 months ago where my screen broke and even though I also have insurance on my phone, they declined to assist in any way so i ended up paying $210 for a new screen at a tech store. Save your money and do not ever use their service or buy any of their electronics.

They can sell you, but they are not ready to deal with any problems afterwords. You will have to leave them at the first problem and look elsewhere, all they say about their Customer Service is a bunch of lies, they are not ready to serve people as needed. Another Israeli company trying hard to make you beleive that their untrained staff can help you shouting at you.

After arranging to move apartments a technician came to my new place and did not manage to connect me. Nobody followed up with me. A week later I was told I could get a new technician in only another week. I canceled cellcom for a carrier who could connect me the next day. Cellcom REFUSES to refund me the money I paid for those 2 weeks without service when it was their technician who couldn’t connect me! Never going back to them!!! Horrible logic and customer service. תתביש לך!

My wife just got charged 240 shekels for calling the US after Cellcom changed her plan to reduce her minutes from 500 to 50 a month.

After being a customer for 22 years, I’m disappointed to say Cellcom has sold out. They used to be a company that kept themselves apart from their competitors by not being solely driven by the dollar…no more. Went in to upgrade my phone. The ad said IPhone 13 for $0.00….well, that is crap. First they told me my plan was insufficient and I had to upgrade it. Funny, I was in less than 3 months ago and they did a plan review for me and told me I had a great plan…then I asked if I could trade my existing phone in. They used to give a price and credit my bill a couple months later. Now I was told I had to trade my phone in, and received 0 dollars…and my favorite…the sales rep said that due to high prices of everything I had to pay a $30 upgrade fee. We have a multi line plan and have bought and traded multiple phones…so this free phone ended up costing me $27 per month and an upgrade fee. I called the home office to discuss and the moron I spoke with was a complete idiot I ended up hanging up on him. We have paid Cellcom well into the 5 figures over 22 years and all I earned for it was stupidity and greed. We are leaving and i suggest everyone do the same….they are sellouts

This is the worst internet, mobile and tv company. They do everything to get you to sign with them and as soon as you become a member they cut your phone service every second day! They have suspended my line 3 times because they dont know how to register a Canadian credit card. I told them that I was waiting for my credit card from my Israeli bank but they couldn't care less. They hardly have someone that speaks english and yet when its time to convince you to register they definetly have someone. Olim DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THIS COMPANY!
