Promised $120 by this website. Was paid $30.
Believed the great reviews of this website to trade in smartphone. Went through the online form to get a value of $120. Mailed it in. Was told they were paying only $30 because of "scratches". The online form did not mention anything like this and the phone was certainly ok to use. So it seems unless your phone is in perfect pristine shape they won't pay the full amount. Won't do any business with this company again in the future.

Hello Miademad, we are so sorry you were not pleased with our service. Customer service is very important to us so if there was an issue where you are not happy we certainly would like the opportunity to address it. When the condition is selected there is a description of that condition the moment your cursor is on your selection. Our grading is lenient but an abundance of scratches fits the description of Fair condition. If you selected Good and it was in Fair condition we would have contacted you with a counter offer. All counter offers can be declined, and we would return the device to you at our expense. All this is stated in our FAQ's We do not see an order under Miademad so please let us know what name the order is under or provide the order ID.
