Total scam. Placed an order online and their website turned it into 3 jackets and charged me 3 times. There is no way to get them on the phone and to respond by email. Total scam

I would rate this a zero if possible. The quality is awful. The customer service when called on the quality took 7 days to respond that you would get a refund of 20% after you pay for shipping. Not in Texas, there are in Pakistan. A fraud.

Be careful this is scam.. they send me very ugly coat.. quality very bad better I buy in zara or mango scamming this on-line.. they put US address but sender in Pakistan..

Be careful with this company. I ordered a jacket for my grandson. They do not respond to emails or calls. Phone was a NY phone with no ID. Company says based in Texas. After I put a fraud alert on my credit card I got an email saying my order was processed. This was 18 days after I ordered. The jacket was made in Pakistan, went to Dubai and then to Italy before it arrived. Jacket is okay - a nylon parka that's a reproduction. I overpaid. I would never do this again.

My order wasn't even for a jacket, but they are also calling themselves, "Classy" now, same website, no clothing what so ever on the website. I ordered a PS5 that is a limited edition model. I ordered off their site, got 1 email saying that my "order was received." I waited about 4 days to ask what the status of my order was. It took about 30 minutes for them to give me the status of an order I placed 4 days before. I got a standard answer that an order might take up to 2-3 days to process/ship and they would send tracking ids right after, too bad it's already been 4 days?? Nothing after that. No response from them since the 24th of November about my order, but they took my payment, no problem. At this point my order is almost a month old, but i reported a scam transaction the first 4 days to the company I was paying. I've just been refunded the money on the order I placed and my order canceled. Stay Away, Total Scam site.

Eine Bewertung unter 5 Sternen wird dort als doppelte Bewertung abgelehnt. Dafür haben sie dort immer 5 Sterne. Die Lieferzeit bis nach Deutschland war sehr schnell. Man hat regelmäßige Updates für das Paket erhalten. Die Größe ist in Ordnung. Der Kontakt nach Abschluss der Bestellung war super. Nun leider zum negativen. Die Manschetten sind leider aus billigem Plastik und sehen nicht gut aus. Sie sind ganz einfach festgenäht. Nach einem Abend sind bereits einige dieser Plastikmanschetten gebrochen. Ebenfalls suche ich nach dem in der Beschreibung stehenden Reißverschluss. An meiner Jacke ist keiner. 164$ sind dafür deutlich zu viel. Für den tollen Kontakt gibt es noch den 2. Stern.
