I ordered a coat from Hexder on 11th October and realised my only receipt was the one from Paypal through which I paid for it, so I had no way of finding out when I should expect it and being a bit concerned I went into Trust Pilot to find Hexder reviews but was even more worried that many were negative. However, the package arrived from them today, 4 days after I placed the order, and the coat is exactly as I had expected it to be, matching perfectly the description and photo I saw when ordering it. It seems to be good quality, 60% wool and a real bargain for £129.00. The only reason for my 4 star instead of 5 star rating was the difficulty I had in trying to contact them. Otherwise, all perfect!

Total rip off I ordered 1 coat and then 2 weeks later got another that I did not order . Product is so sub standard made and sent from china Avoid this company

Contattato il servizio clienti, insistono di inserire il mio numero d’ordine sempre sullo stesso sito. Riscrivo ancora e ancora al servizio clienti, ma non ho ricevuto mai più una risposta. Truffa! Servizio pessimo! Non ordinate lì!

Ordered a 3x jacket The size they shipped is likely a 1x I am stunned on there sizing I think all there stuff is under sized so be ware you will probably have to get an exchange you would think they could get it right

I’m having to write this review on this company site as well as FJackets as both feature in the ordering of the coat and collecting of funds from my PayPal account as payment. The coat that arrived looks nothing like the one advertised for ordering, the colour is different, the cut and style is different and is so thin that even on a colder spring day it wouldn’t keep you warm. It’s a truly awful coat at a cost of £139!!! Which incidentally arrived from Pakistan not London as I was led to believe from FJackets address. A dispute has been raised through PayPal.
