I’m so disappointed with Celebritips. I first tried their nails after buying them at Marshalls and liked them enough that I wanted more. That’s why I decided to purchase the Ultimate Gel Bundle directly from their website, thinking the lamp and all the additional products would help my nails last longer and make the application worth it. Unfortunately, that was not my experience at all. I followed the application instructions exactly and even cured the nails for multiple minutes, but they started popping off one by one. I ended up having to use nail glue just to keep them on, which completely defeats the purpose of buying an entire gel kit in the first place. What makes this even more frustrating is that I genuinely wanted to love this product. I invested in the full bundle expecting better results, only to be left with a kit that didn’t work as promised. I had also thrown away the original packaging for the gel top coat and dehydrator, not realizing that returns require the original packaging. Now I’m stuck with products I can’t use successfully and apparently can’t return. After trying to glue the nails back on, they came off again. I also noticed what appeared to be nail fungus for the first time, which has made this experience even more concerning. I suspect moisture may have gotten trapped underneath the nails because they weren’t staying securely attached. Overall, this has been a very frustrating and disappointing experience. I wish I could give Celebritips zero stars. I would not recommend spending money on the Ultimate Gel Bundle based on my experience. I wanted a convenient, long-lasting manicure, but instead I’m left regretting my purchase and considering selling the entire kit on Facebook Marketplace just to recover some of the money. Save your money. I really wanted to love this product, but it simply did not work for me.

Got sent the wrong nails. Ordered french ombré and got sent nails with Halloween drawings. Tried the pink guava nails that I did get was so excited but they are really see through. Can see my nails and nail glue. They look really good in the picture but nothing like that in real life

The nails themselves look almost scooped on my nail. The “extra short” is still really long on my nails. I had high hopes for these nails but I was very dissapointed. Their return policy is that you can only recieve a refund if it is unopened and if you want money back you have to pay to ship it back to them. Don’t waste your money. Since I had to use everything in the kit except the second set I purchased to apply the nails, I basically can’t return anything and am out like $60. I should have just gotten a manicure. Their return policy frustrates me because I feel the product was not as advertised. I wish they had a money back guaruntee.

Do not waste your time. I purchased several sets and the UV light and glue to get free shipping. I purchased the extra hold glue in addition and none of them last more than a few days. I tried to complete a return and they keep convincing me to try the product and avoiding my request to return. The customer service is terrible and they do not honor the return policy on their website. I would not have purchased without the option to return. I am contesting the charges with my credit card as I feel this company is a scam

I have been trying to return a package and no one responds they keep sending an email that has nothing to do with what I am talking about. And then I received another email about the return but only included a link to the faq about returns that has the same email. The customer support is not responsive. I have been emailing the company for the last six days. I want to return this order cause I do not want them anymore and the package is not used nor opened.

These nails do not stay on. They are no better than any other press on nails I’ve tried. They started falling off right away with light household duties. I just put them on last night and have already had to put 6 back on. The nails are super cute but the adhesive doesn’t work.

Product never arrived. No response from customer service. Had to file dispute with my credit card company.
