They lie, avoid, and renege. Absolute waste of time and money.
I approached this company to help me collect a substantial sum owed by a tenant. At the time of agreement, the sales agent "Ace Ijaz" acknowledged that I had already expended enough time on friendly efforts at collection and authorized moving straight into "Phase 2" of their collection efforts, during which I was promised that the debt would be reported to credit agencies and a skip trace would be run to find the delinquent debtor's current whereabouts. I expressed clearly that this was the value I was paying for, that I had no reasonable expectation of the debtor paying otherwise. On or around June 22, I made the payment and formally submitted the claim shortly afterwards. That is when the "bait and switch" tactics began. Ace and the account manager "Saul Abbas" (all clearly pseudonym English first names for agents in Pakistan) insisted to invest time in "Phase 1" wherein they CLAIM that they sent emails, texts, and made phone calls but were unable to reach the debtor. (I now doubt that any of these efforts were actually undertaken). It was not until August 18 that they SAID the case was moved to "Phase 2," after vigorous efforts on my part. But STILL—no skip trace. No collections agency reporting. And more often than not, no answer to my emails for sometimes WEEKS, even after resending and chasing. By today, October 15, they STILL refuse to run a skip trace or make the collections reporting, and have now introduced a NEW 30 day waiting period that was not ever discussed before. From start to finish, they have lied, avoided me, changed plan, introduced new obstacles, and otherwise recused themselves from performing the actual service that I paid for. I do not know if this company are outright criminals or simply very poorly managed, but I do know that promising a service and a timeline for performance of that service PRIOR to payment and then repeatedly REFUSING to perform that service for MONTHS after payment constitutes unethical and fraudulent sales practice. I gave them 2 stars rather than 1 because their dashboard and email responses APPEAR legitimate/professional. But I guess that's the best way to scam customers.
