Well BL2 key no more in order history ! Order ID: 11852

Order: 6963 Game: Borderlands 2 Order says complete but didn't receive key. Sent email to both [email protected] and [email protected] and I also left a message on their webpage contact info. Currently awaiting an answer. Will reply here with more info when available. EDIT: No answer, canceled order, asked for refund and opened a dispute in paypal. Will update my review once it get resolved. EDIT#2: Dispute got resolved, got my money back the same day. Not a scam, but definitely not recommendable. I would rather pay a little more to get better customer service and a better key delivery. Good luck to you all !

Instantly delivered doesnt deliver. And im still waiting. poor service.

I bought borderlands 2 From this website yesterday, paid in full. Not only did it take 13 hours+ for them to email me the key, but they sent me a key that doesn't work for the united states. An hour ago I sent them a reply asking for either a new key or a refund and they have yet to reply. I feel like this was all a mistake on their part, for I specified I live in the US, but it sure is annoying.
