Gets quotes quickly, and accurately.
Can always get a hold of our account manager. Gets quotes quickly, and accurately. Delivery of goods can be slow, otherwise would be 5 stars!

Private school looking for reliable technology at a good price.
We are a private school and we are always looking for reliable technology at a good price for our teachers and students. We've used CdiAR for several purchases. The computers have been what's expected and are up to date. We made a large purchase of 25 laptops a few months ago and only had one come with a problem which they quickly corrected. The sales rep and techs have been easy to work with. It may take several weeks to get you're order but we've been pleased.

A generally good experience
All the machines I have gotten from CDI have been fine - with one exception. Got one lemon. The only other criticism I have is that delivery is often too slow - Amazon is tough to compete with on that. Of course some deals are better than others. Due diligence is always required whenever one is buying something from any vendor. But the ones that are good are very good. My personal laptop is from CDI, as is my wife's and many., many clients. So all in all it has been a good experience and I'll continue to buy hardware from CDI. I do like Brett, the sales guy I deal with.
