We have just started working with them and have bought several items. Their pricing seems to be fair, and delivery was good. I did not give them 5 stars as a demo iPad case we ordered came about 6 weeks after I ordered it and we already went elsewhere a month prior as gave up waiting. I could not really complain as it was free. We will continue to use them.

Delivery sometimes is long. We are an IT company not a retail store; so when we place an order, it's usually for a client that needs it ASAP. Otherwise all good. Thanks ...

Great product and incredible prices! Only issue is I would like to have an automated copy of my invoice immediately after i purchase. Other than that i highly recommend CDI.

I like the quality of PC for the money I spend. The only issue I have is when i have to return something...it seems to take a while to get it back. I always buy the extended warranty and usually upgrade the memory. Glad I have options for my clients that doesn't cost them more than they need to spend.

Pros: - Our sales rep is easy to deal with and very helpful - Aston - Only a low percentage of items ever need to be returned to CDI for servicing Cons: - Order processing can take a long time - Having an item serviced can be frustrating and usually takes an extended amount of time - Prices have been steadily climbing to the point where many items are cheaper elsewhere.

Their systems look pretty good for refurbs. I have had good interaction with my sales rep. My only problem is that we are so far apart in distance that It takes almost 2 weeks to get a system after I order it. I am a reseller so if I bring the system in on speculation/for stock/ the CDI warranty is ticking off as it sets on my shelf. It would be nice if the warranty started when I sold it to a customer. That could be tracked with a registration system put in place by CDI.

Most of the products worked as expected out of the box- but when it doesn't warranty is a strained effort. Hence the 4 stars only.
