Sales are decent, prices are nothing to write home about. Shipping rates are higher compared to other suppliers. Last 2 shipments from CDI have come with the pallet broken apart and two local guys delivering it and hand bombing them. I've had enough of this nonsense, refused the shipment. They are not my first choice when looking for off-lease equipment.

The order and deliver process was well handled and shipping was expedited as expected from Canada. Billing and payment met a snag due to an accident and subsequent injury to the Tech Coord. Emails regarding billing were sent to him and due to his no work status were not forwarded on to accounts receivables. This precipitated a call from your billing dept. requiring all future payments be sent via FedEx because the payment went past the 30 day limit. This was unavoidable and regrettable. This has resulted in the 3 Star review which would otherwise be a full 5 Star highly satisfied review.
REFURBED I.
i told my sales rep, not to charge me for an order yet because it would be over my limit. I said i would let him know when to charge me. it was charged anyway....which lead to some of my pre-authorized orders to not go through at it put me way over my limit.... you guys did cause a lot of headache and extra charges that could have all been avoided!

Would have give a 4 star but did have a not so very good experience with their products this past year. Hopefully it will get back to the great product and service I am accustomed to in the past.

Lots of glitches in customer service, but glad they exist.

My order had damaged and missing equipment, it took over a month to resolve, but they did refund to make an acceptable resolution.

Products are priced fair... but we receive about 10% of them that have issues and an RMA is needed to fix the issue. They have always taken care of us though. Shipment times from time of order to delivery is rather slow and is typically 2-3 weeks. Shipping used to be quicker but has fallen off in the last year.

The servers I have purchased have been great but I have had a number of issues with the Chromebooks (M4). Delivery of replacement items have been very slow and lack of communication has been frustrating.
