Never send shipping notifications until you beg for them. Quality of laptops purchased is not like new. Repair center takes a month to perform repairs I can accomplish in 5 minutes.

Unfortunately I can't give CDI a great review. Products don't measure up to my expectations. Service is ok, but products are lacking.

Ordered refurbished laptop from Staples. It came from CDI. First order was delivered to the wrong address. Second order was dell vered. Laptop had 1366x768 screen resolution...the one I ordered said 1700x900 resolution. Also, there was a hotspot on the screen. I contacted CDI and was asked how I wanted to proceed, I emailed back and told them that I wanted to exchange it for another one with the 1600x900 screen. I never heard back from them. Today the laptop is going bavk to Staples.

I have dealt with CDI for over 10 years and have had great service from my Sales Rep James. he is always polite and great to deal with. however the quality control or lack there of is terrible and has been that way for some time now. I do not know what is going on but I cannot work with them for this reason. I have had many orders returned for problems that should have been caught before the product leaves the building.

Sales is friendly and prompt...it all falls apart from there...over and over and over again.

It took about a month for us to receive our order of five chromebooks. It was hard to get an answer from the salesperson about what was happening or when we could expect to receive the products.

Delivery time is too long and even some cases they are not sure. Sometimes, they sell expensive items than local market, NOT sure who does the pricing for them. Looks like cannot manage their resources. System preparation and packaging are really good.

Generally the amount of emails with cumbersome excel sheets to go over and need to email if products available plus long shipping times make it very hard to use CDI regular.
