Product was good but I had two eyebrow pencils on invoice and got one. I had another item that was a palet that was supposedly to be two and only received one of. Don't buy multiple items the same you will not get.

Ccolor Cosmetics website is easy to navigate. Completing an order is quick and easy. This last purchase was a return for the mini animal lip balm. I bought two sets for my granddaughters. They animals are cute and I love the fact that there is just enough product for a young child. A toy with an additional function. They are less likely to lose them because they love them so much. Shipping was fast. Nothing was damaged. I’ve ordered many things from this company over the past few years and nothing has been damaged and I have never needed customer support. Some of the eyeshadows don’t have great payoff, but that can happen with any brand in my opinion. I think they work best for a softer look. There’s no need to spend $$$ if the look is what you’re after.

I have several palettes from CColor and have enjoyed using them as an alternative to higher-priced palettes. I do find these most recent releases to be a bit dry and pwedery.
