Craig and his team are rock-stars, very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Fantastic people, the best in the South bay.

Craig Barton at CB loans provided my family great service and guidance when we refinanced our home. No question was unanswered and he made the process extremely easy. I would highly recommend CB loans to everyone in the South Bay.

I have been working with CB loans for the past 5 years. and they have delivered all the time. Their work ethics are very professional and fast. They even coach me all time with my deficiency in computer knowledge. I am a certified happy customer!

Great professional service and advocacy for the borrower.

Thank you, CBLoans, for making our experience a joy. Anna was professional, thorough, and knowledgeable. Her years of experience and commitment to her clients made us comfortable throughout the entire process. If you’re looking to buy a home, I recommend CBLoans.

Craig and his team are great to work with. They make the refi experience very simple and straightforward. Craig is always available to offer guidance and best solutions for your situation. He has handled our last 3 refis over the years and each has been successful. He recently referred me to a another excellent source for additional financial transactions. I highly recommend CBLoans for your mortgage needs.
