Hi Sarah, We are so sorry if you are unhappy with the Organic Vegan gummies you purchased. Our Organic Vegan gummies are all natural with no artificial flavors or colors. The flavor you are tasting is likely the hemp our CBD is extracted from. We will have one of our Customer Service team contact you immediately to see how we can help. Thank you for taking the time to leave a review.

Hi Stoyan, We are in the process of changing our product labels, which is the photo shown on the website. During this process, some orders will contain product with labels that may be the older style . As a company, we are very focused on the environment. We try to have as little waste as possible, and this is why some products still have our previous labels. The pictures on our website are digital pictures, so the size of the bottle may vary from what is shown online. As far as the level of the oil, you will find that your product includes the correct amount listed on the bottle, because all oils are measured by volume. We sincerely apologize for any misunderstanding caused by switching our label design, and we would love to have one of our Customer Service Team contact you to see how we can help.

Hi Kari, We are so sorry to hear you were disappointed with the bottle of 6,000 mg. CBD oil that you ordered. We have changed the formulation, but it is actually an improved from how it was. The "strongest" is speaking on the total amount of milligrams in the bottle, which is the highest amount of milligrams we have. We would love to have one of our Customer Care team contact you to see how we can help.

Hi Michael! We sincerely apologize for any delay in your shipment. While priority shipping is not "guaranteed" by USPS, we understand that when our customers pay for expedited shipping, they usually need the product sooner. We have refunded your card in the amount of $8.99, the cost of priority shipping, and it should show on your card within 8-10 business days depending on your financial institution. Thank you for your support and for allowing us to correct this issue. We truly appreciate you as a customer!

Hi Teresa! We are sincerely sorry that you paid for expedited shipping and there was a delay with USPS. We USPS for our shipping needs because they are hemp friendly, but we realize there are occasional issues with delivery time. We have refunded your shipping charge which normally can take 8-10 days to show up in your account depending on your financial institution. Again, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review!

Hi Rowena, We are sincerely sorry for any inconvenience you may have encountered due to us phasing out our Gummy Worms. We try to keep costs down as much as possible so we can keep our prices lower and still be able to offer our discounts. Sometimes this means certain products are no longer a good match. We still have our 10 ct. packages of Gummy Worms available until we sell the remaining stock. We would love to have someone from our Customer Service team contact you to see if we can be of any assistance.
