Bought cbd dog product and it had no…
Bought cbd dog product and it had no effect whatsoever on my dog. ZERO. Other supermarket cbd I bought for her worked really well within an hour, this was higher strength and administered x2 daily for 5 days for no effect. They were unwilling to give any refund on the defective product.

Hello Sarah, we're so sorry to hear that you were not seeing the desired results you were looking for. We were happy to be able to help you through chat as much as we could. We see that you order a few bottles of the 750 mg dog oil almost a month ago. And when you asked that we fully refund, we were happy to tell you that we WOULD accept any unopened product and provide a full refund (per our refund policy.) We asked if you were giving the oil to your dog consistently and you had said that you stopped after a few days. Consistent use with CBD is so important. (We would be happy to provide you with studies done on that.) We definitely stand behind our products, but like any product we would give our pets it's important to administer and take it correctly. As always if you wish to return the other bottles you purchased that you do not want to use we would be happy to refund you! Our customer service team is standing by waiting to assist with that at 833-929-4367.

I received my bottle of oil in the mail…
I received my bottle of oil in the mail and all of the oil was spilled out in the bubble wrap. I can’t get anyone to answer my call or call me back.

3 days and no difference seen
I have taken 2 gummies the first 2 nights and 3 the 3rd and It has had no effect. I’m willing to continue for the next 2 weeks.

The CBD gummies haven't worked for me…
The CBD gummies haven't worked for me I've felt absolutely no difference and I've been taking as directed on the label. A waste of money for me!

I called you on Friday and my order was…
I called you on Friday and my order was supposed to be delivered by 8 pm according to the lady on the phone. I guess she lied I never got it yet. You said 3 to 5 days, I ordered it on the17 and I figured mon would start the 3 to 5 days but 7 days later I still don't have it. Wow what a joke, when I finally get it I will comment on the product. Disappointed so far C Frattali.

YOU DESERVE NOT EVEN ONE STAR!!! I NEVER RECEIVED THE CBD OIL I ORDERED. YOU GOT YOUR MONEY, ME, MY OIL, NOT SO MUCH. I 'CHATTED' & EMAILED WITH YOUR REPS SEVERAL TIMES, ASKED FOR A TRACKING NUMBER THAT I WASNT GIVEN, AND WAS LIED TO ABOUT 'DELIVERY TOMORROW'. I HAD MANY OPTIONS FOR PURCHASING THIS PRODUCT, BUT WENT WITH YOU ON A RECOMMENDATION FROM A FRIEND. YOU HAVE NOW LOST 2 CUSTOMERS. SHAME ON YOU! MOST IMPORTANTLY, MY DOG IS IN PAIN SO MUCH LONGER BECAUSE OF YOU. AND WHY WOULD YOU SEND ME THIS SURVEY BEFORE FULFILLING THE ORDER THROUGH TO DELIVERY? DISGUSTING.

Hi Patricia, Your order was placed on Saturday April 18 2020 and shipped our next business day, Monday April 20 2020 with the first class 3-5 business day shipping option you chose. There is a letter On the USPS website that explains "USPS First-Class Package Service packages with two and three-day delivery commitments have been extended an extra day to three and four days respectively" During the COVID-19 pandemic since they have reduced staff to keep everyone as safe as possible through this time.We sincerely apologize that you have not received your package within the timeframe you expected, We did ship it out immediately and we can only report the status of your package with the information that USPS provides. Frustrated
Unfortunately, we did not get what we ordered. Furthermore, when I emailed the company asking for correction, I received no response. We received 30 capsules and were supposed to receive 60 gel caps instead.

Twice I have ordered CBD wax from them…
Twice I have ordered CBD wax from them and twice I have received the wrong flavor that I ordered. While they do have good products, I would appreciate getting the actual items that I paid for.
