Should NOT take weeks for order to arrive!!
Have been waiting WEEKS for my first order. WEEKS. Yet this is the 2nd request to rate my satisfaction. Well...very unhappy to your product customer service so far.

Timothy, I am sorry to see this response. You placed your order with us on January 5th, and we shipped it to you the very next day on January 6th. Unfortunately, due to the weather, delayed shipments have been happening to everyone. We had no idea that you hadn't received your order since you had not reached out to us until now with this review. We would be happy to assist you with this issue, but you have to let us know that there is an issue, so that we may provide the correct customer service. We will be reaching out via email to see what we need to do to overcome this issue with the post office. Thank you

Kevin, I am sorry to see how unhappy you are with the product you chose. Per our numerous emails, we tried to explain that the product is manufactured by another company and the description is exactly correct, and taken from the manufacturer. We understand that not every product is for every person! This is why we offered to find something more to your liking at a heavy discount. That offer is still on the table for you. We are a small, local business, and these reviews are everything to us. Chamar, I am sorry you didn't receive your product. We have tracking information that says the product was delivered to you a week ago, which we forwarded to your email address. If the wrong address was provided to us, please let us know so that we can make sure you get the product! We are happy to help however we can!
