I was a first time buyer and screwed my order up. They took care of it promptly and sent me the correct order. The product I received was top quality. There delta 8 flower line of products are very good. I have already placed another order I was so satisfied

I used to use them for pet CBD because the direct vendor shipping took too long. At first, good fast shipping and got what I ordered. Used them a few more times and stuff started happening. Waited a week for goods to ship but never did. Sent an email about it and they replied and stated it's going to ship in one day. Still didn't ship. So I waited 3-4 more days and emailed requesting my order be canceled. They canceled it and excuse after excuse as to why it never shipped. Making it seem like it's no big deal and I should just wait for it. Their not the vendor, blag blah blah. Very condescending attitude towards my inquiry too. I reorderd from them and unfortunately paid $9.99 for "faster" shipping and it will not get here any faster than if I used standard. Bizarre way to do business. Condescending to customers, lying about shipping times and making excuses as to why my order hasn't shipped. My dog is dying quick and I needed this for her to sleep comfortably. Total disappointment and back to the direct vendor as apparently they aren't one, so that's why things are late to ship(?)

Ordered product that was due 2 days ago. Contacted customer service who said go ask the post office. Don't bother ordering from them. They decide who to use to ship but don't take responsibility. Horrible customer service

Placed an order last week that was due to arrive today 2/24/2021 and the package never came. I recommend you taking your business elsewhere if you want the product you paid for. Update: they are very unprofessional business. They told me to ' take my business somewhere else '
