I found CBD Hemp Direct - and thought wow this is what I'm looking for - so I ordered 30 gram of HH - and they send me 2 7 gram containers = 14 grams and say it was a mistake on my order (Not true) this was their response ---- I totally understand where you're coming from but the facts dont lie. See your attached order confirmation, you clearly ordered (2) 7 gram jars of HH. Yes, it doesnt make sense to order that when you could get (1) 30 gram for a couple more dollars but all we do is pack the orders that we receive. That's fine if you dont want to do anymore business with us because of your order mistake. *** I didn't make a mistake - the system did!*** Don't trust this company - they had a chance to correct it but chose to trust their system. All the best, Customer Service CBD Hemp Direct p: 702-630-4959

Really Steve, you want to play this game? Just accept that fact that your ordered (2) 7 grams of Honolulu Haze. Look at your order confirmation just like what we did when we sent out what you purchased. I totally understand that (2) 7 gram jars is close to same price as (1) 30 gram bag, however people order 7 g jars for specific reasons, so how are we supposed to know that you meant to order (1) 30 gram bag? But for sure, try to bash us because of your mistake, Customer #15308 Steve T##### 92055901755477000140028177 Delivered on Monday, March 4, 2019 2 Honolulu Haze CBD Flower - 23.9% CBD - NEW STRAIN, HIGHEST CBD! 7 grams SKU: HHFLWR7 $39.99 × 2 $79.98 Paid Discount CBDVIP -$3.99 Subtotal 2 items $75.99 Shipping Free Priority Mail Shipping (0.31 lb) $0.00 Tax $0.00 Total $75.99 Paid by customer $75.99 Timeline FEBRUARY 28 This order was archived. Over all good but the quality in the strains vary from order to order. Ive ordered Durban Potion 3x and every time the quality is hit or miss. But overall shipping and pricing and customer service is good.
