This CBD Essence that I got has really helped me. But, I don’t know whether I can afford it since I am on a fixed income. I don’t have hardly anything after I pay my bills each month. But, I really do love the stuff!!! Thanks, Bonnie Johnson

The company messed up the gift addressing to friends to whom I was sending bottles because it helped me. When the company saw my complaint they acted to solve the problem and sent q free bottle to an addressee. Jim

I purchased this product about 3 weeks ago! The product (CBD Oil Capsules) were delivered very fast and they were exactly what I purchased. Since this is my first time using this type of product I did not know what, if anything, to expect. I basically have not felt any better or worse for taking the product! It should be noted that I purchased the CBD Oil Capsules as opposed to the Oil. Out of the Blue the owner of CBD Essence, Robert Emma, contacted me by phone about his concerns regarding my lack of success. We discussed the way I was using the product and other areas of concern. After he got answers to several of his questions, Robert suggested several different ways, and times, to use the product. He did make it clear that some people might not get the results that they may want but his experience, if taken consistently and in the right dosage, this product should help most people. I am going to make the adjustments recommended to see if I do get better results. I did tell him that I would give him 5 Stars if the product worked better for me after the changes he recommended. I want to THANK Mr. Robert Emma for taking time out of his schedule to follow-up and help one of his customers. Not many companies would be that concerned about their product or their customers.I want everyone to know that my experience with the ownership and product has been outstanding and I hope changing some things will help me get better results! Bill

On my second month and surprised at the reduction in stress and relatively minor aches and pains. (My stress and pain not severe to begin with.). When I move, feel many years younger. Stress level is good using about a half dose a day. Pain reduction much better at full dose. I see zero side effects so far. I had lots of questions and Rick White was readily available by phone or email, gave excellent answers.

After some confusion over my order and the bill, I am pleased to say that my issues were resolved and I am a happy customer. After speaking with the owner directly and a follow up conversation with another employee, all matters were resolved and put to rest. After a somewhat rocky start, it was refreshing to hear not only from the manager, but also another employee. Although the product has not been used long enough yet to see the desired results, I would use the company again in the future if needed.
