Website is easy to navigate. Products did not impress me. BELOW IS THE RESPONSE I received from CBDessence.net after writing my review (which they asked me repeatedly to do) "Susan so sorry to hear of your disappointment with us. I only see the one order from you for the All Purpose Lotion. Seems a rather harsh review for a $36.74 outlay. In any case we'll refund your order and hope you'll give us another try sometime. All the best, Don Ballou 727-771-3233 I didn't expect to get such a smart ass reply and I did not ask for a refund. Thank you for the refund.

They wrote a personal thank you to me on one of the cards which I thought was very nice of them to do. They acknowledged me as a customer and as an individual and this made me feel happy and sets this business apart from others in this way. The oil I got is perfect I take it all of the time and always feel good.

Great product. It is effective for anxiety which leads to better sleep for me. It takes away my little aches and pains. What made me a true believer was when I quit taking it for a couple of weeks and all my symptoms returned. I got back on the product and all was better. I prefer the capsules. Oil is messy.
