CBD Dog HealthReviews of cbddoghealth.com

EASE has become a staple in my active dog's routine, especially during periods of intense training. I've noticed they stay more comfortable and recover faster after long, physically demanding sessions. The mobility support has helped keep them moving with ease, even after high-impact activities. I also love that it helps support a healthy inflammatory response, which is so important for active, hardworking dogs. It's an easy addition to our daily routine and gives me confidence that I'm supporting their long-term joint health and recovery. If your dog lives an active lifestyle, EASE is definitely worth adding to their wellness plan.

Honestly love this stuff!

I saw a couple of the bad reviews saying that the return policy is only for un opened bottles well I’m here to tell you my bottle is closed and here’s the message I got . “Hi , Thank you for your reply. We cannot accept products back at our facility, whether opened or unopened, for quality and safety reasons. Returned items are not resold in order to maintain our highest quality standards. Additionally, we do not accept returns simply because an order is no longer needed or due to shipping transit times As mentioned previously, your order has already shipped and therefore cannot be canceled. Once your order has been delivered, if you no longer wish to keep the products, please reach back out to us. We'd be happy to discuss any partial refund or store credit options that may be available under our customer satisfaction policy.” Needless to say I will not be ordering from a business with such bad customer service This is there Return & Refund Policy We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in your purchase. You have 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered to request a refund, partial refund, or store credit. This is how they do business . I was trying to return it so I could rather get it locally since I paid for expedite shipping and it was taking to long. However I agree with the other reviews this company seems more money driven then integrity driven. I’m not satisfied and for some reason they have every excuse in the book . There policy does not clearly state that you can’t return simply because of shipping issuesIt’s not clear . If this matter is not resolved I will be leaving a review on the better business bureau, and possibly a consumer complaint on the California Department of Justice because the return policy is misleading and an unfair business practice . I don’t want this to continue to happen to People .

Fantastic company & products! My miniature Dachshund Norman uses the EASE tincture & I am so happy with it. He is almost 10 years old & it has been helping him stay healthy, mobile, & have less joint stiffness. Love it!

I was not really able to use the product because my kitty passed away the day after I received it, so this review is purely based on the customer service. I emailed them about what happened, and they promptly replied with their condolences and gave me instructions on how to request a refund. Their website is user-friendly, professional, and legit. Their customer service is fantastic and fast. Thank you!
