I received the product. CBD balm is very effective at handling the pain in my left hand and forearm. It has some of the same effects as Icy Hot but better. The balm is not greasy and has a pleasant aroma. This is the 2nd stick I have purchased because it lasts a long time. Thank you.

I have to take large doses of CBD for pain, not many places sell the large doses especially for a regular supply on auto ship!

After placing online order, CBD Market TOOK $119.00 FROM BANK LIGHTNING FAST !! ⚡💥 THEN CBD MARKET SENT MY important ORDER ON 11-DAY TOUR OF AMERICA without telling me. The CBD arrived way too late late for me to appreciate. I had to buy some locally. When I contacted customer service the guy said in essence: tough luck dude CBD Market doesn't think shipping time matters in the year 2025 😲🐢🙉 Amazon.com CEOs found shipping time does matter.
Response from CBD.marketJun 19, 2025
Hi Richard, We're sorry this happened. We understand that shipping time is very important, that's why we strive to ship orders promptly. In your case, it looks like one of the items may have been on backorder, which likely caused the delay. Someone from our team will be reaching out to you shortly to follow up. Thank you for sharing your feedback! Best, CBD.market team
