CattasaurusReviews of cattasaurus.com

Cats love the product! 1 of the 2 I bought had a broken zipper but I emailed and they are sending a replacement as we speak

I ordered 2 cat caves. My cat wanted nothing to do with them. I returned the caves in the packaging in which they were sent. It’s been 6 months & I have not received my refund. Multiple emails to the company have gone unanswered. Very frustrating, very poor customer service. A waste of $200.

Ease of ordering. Quick delivery. Quality product

Order, delivery and setup could not be simpler. Most important our cats “8” love playing and resting on their two new Cattasarus.

This product is everything that it said it was. It is extremely well made. I have two Maine Coons. The male is 17 pounds and the younger female is 9 pounds. I purchased the jumbo size and they both fit in there together, with room for another regular size cat (which I don’t have). They both love it and chase each other around. They also take turns sleeping in there. Just toss a small jingling ball in there and watch them go crazy. I’m so glad to have purchased it. The second free one will be going to camp to stay. Thank you for a great product and I highly recommend it!

The shipping was great, easy to zip together and after a few days Starfire ended up loving it, scratching it as it appears to be indestructible and likes sleeping in it!

Everything about the product to the customer service is very excellent

I have two cats. The younger cat took to it immediately. She lives in it and I've noticed that she is not scratching the furniture. We can hear her scratching the inside of the Cattasaurus. My older cat is more cautious. After three days, I found her sitting on top of it. She will go inside if bribed with treats. It may take her more time.
