Fast shipping and product was as described. our cats love them and play in them all the time . I'm thinking there has to be a better way of packing them during shipping because we are waiting for them to take shape. they are dented donuts but the cats still love them .

Love the product and so does Fugo
Love the product and so does Fugo, our beloved cat. I would recommend shipping it differently as the zip ties have left the product somewhat warped in spots but functionally still proper. Just an idea. Mahalo

Nice product! Kitties getting used to it.
The product is nicely made, shipped out quickly & looks good. We've had it for a few weeks and we have 3 young-ish kitties (4,4 & 3), but currently they go in there every once in awhile. I think they're still getting used to it. I think it would be nice to include a little fuzzy piece to put in the indentation in the top of the donut... just a thought.
