My kitty went right inside immediately! She loves her kitty hideaway!

Customer service was great. Item came wrapped so tightly that it did not go to a fully rounded shape. Kittens like it a lot. :) I call this a win.

One of my two cats love this piece so far. I think it's great personally! It won't be long before they both are fighting to get inside. They don't like each other that much. lol It sure beats boxes laying on the floor. Great design and sturdy!

My cat loves his new cave! I’ve recommended it to all my friends with cats!

It was shipped to me pretty fast, I was surprised! My Cats Love It!

I didn't like the delivery time. I was told after contacting you that you have been meaning to email me over my address but never did

Shipping was super fast! Took it out of packaging and was easily shaped. I did not even have the cave fully zipped before my cats were already inside and on top! They LOVE it! Only issue is they sometimes don’t want to share so I am definitely going to be buying another. So happy the babies are enjoying their toy!

I love the technique. The design is amazing and my cats love it. The only is I have was the cutout in the back. The videos and even the pictures didn't mention a cutout. So when I unboxed the package I thought it was damaged. It looks tasteless, like someone took a knife and try to cutout a picture of a cat's head. Took away from the look of the product. I feel it could have been presented a little better. But overall a great product.
