Working with Cattasaurus was a great experience. My order of a Duo arrived in 2 days. The first one assembled perfectly, the second one, not so much. There was a flaw on the zipper pull of the second one. I emailed customer service and I had a replacement within two days. Everyone in customer service was great to work with. They only had my positive experience in mind. Felt so good. Thank you!!

It arrived so quickly! My 3 year old cat absolutely loves it! She plays in it, sleeps in it, on it, is always near it. We have to move it downstairs or she will stay in the bedroom all day to be by her catasaurus!

the cats love it!!! Our dog, Cinder, and our cat, Mocha, have spent an hour playing in and around the cattasaurus. Mocha gets inside and then pokes his paw out the peek hole and torments the dog -so funny!!

i was initially challenged by the zipper but eventually figured it out .. i put it in the bedroom where my 2 cats spend most of their time .. they ignored it! finally the older of the two went inside, sat looking out for a while then stepped out and hasn’t gone back .. the younger scratches at it but is a bit afraid to go inside when he gets brave enough he goes in and then races out as if demons are chasing him .. so it’s been less than a success

My fur babies love it, I have 4 fur babies and my Coco she especially loves it. Has become her favorite spot to nap on. They all run in and out, they are actually playing games. It’s amazing to see how more active they’ve become.
