First of all, thecommunication with the company is excellent. You're made aware of every step in the process so you're not let wondering when your purchase will arrive. Next, my cats are crazy about their new toy and comfy hide away. I just wish I could afford more of these. I would have them scattered all over the place. If there was an outdoor version, I would find a way to purchase several for the outdoor strays that have made my garage and back yard their homes. Thank you for this entertaining and comfy product.

Omg my two cats love this! It took the a day or so. The I dropped some of the toys through the hole in the top. Now they run around and bring all the toys out for me so I can drop them in again. One of my cats flipped it on its side and was rolling around like a hamster wheel. He stuck his little face out of the cat hole. It was so cute.

The only reason i gave 4 stars was that I got the discount offer after I ordered. This item is expensive. I hope my future kitty likes it. I will give the other as a gift .
