My cat loved it immediately and she has a place to hide from the dogs!

During my order, I noticed a discrepancy with the discount offer. The email indicated $10, the ordering system only gave me 10%, which was less. I messaged support and had an answer in less than 24 hours, on the weekend, that I would be credited. High marks for making it right! The cats love the cat cave. It has held up to heavy use since arrival. I was hoping that some of the "dents" from being folded during shipping would go away. It doesn't affect the cats enjoyment, but it does make it a little less aesthetically pleasing for us. If there is a way to steam out the dents or something, please let me know. Otherwise, all good.

Fast delivery and they love it so much they fight over the top!

Both of my cats love the product! They play in and out and on top of it everyday. I see them playing hide and seek also use the interior to hide and then attack the other one when they go by unexpected. I am so glad I got this.

This is my third purchase and my cats and I love this product. This time I bought the jumbo size. My cats mainly use it to nap on it. But every now and then they go inside and play. It’s light yet sturdy. I bought the tool to get the hair off and it works like magic. I am really glad I saw the advertisement on instagram. Highly recommended!

We gave this to our son and his fiancee as a housewarming gift last week. They have two cats upon which they dote, and they LOVED IT!

I have two cats and they love it so much!! They chase eachother and play individually in it. I got the jumbo for more room and it is perfect for two cats!

I just recieved package and it was incomplete. I had purchased a double pack and only received 1. Packaging was abit roughly wrapped up but I opened and zipped it up. I have multiple cats and they all were attracted to it immediately. Cozing up on top while others were scurrying in throughout it. Hopefully the other one will come so order will come complete.
