I haven’t received it yet.

A friend and long-time cat owner recommended this to me, so I thought I'd give it a go with our newly-adopted cat. She loves it! I had trouble setting it up because she was burrowing around in it as soon as I opened the box. It arrived in good time, and when I contacted them about a slipped seam (which I fixed) and insisted I didn't need a replacement, they sent one anyway because, as they said, "it's the right thing to do". The replacement arrived quickly too. When my cat stops interacting with the cave I move it to another location or toss a different toy inside, or play with her with it in a new way. She really gets her claws into it but I can't see any wear yet. A real winner, I'm very happy with this purchase!

Easy to order. Delivered on time. Our two cats love playing in it and on it.

Very cute product - one of my three has been exploring them. One will sleep on top of. It’s been a couple weeks since I put them out and they have yet to utilize them for nail scratches - at least while we are home.

Always looking for ways to let my two indoor kitties keep life interesting. They took to it before I could even get it zipped together! They love to sharpen their claws and in particular, my smaller guy loves to sleep in the top part. While one goes in, my other guy watches the movement and wait to pounce. Glad I got the jumbo! Better a bit too big than too small.

I ordered the cat cave. I used the suggestions from other customers to help my cat get used to it. He loves it now. It’s agreat place for a cat to hide and sleep.

I ordered for my granddaughter's two cats. Delivery was very fast. They sent me a picture of the cats, who had taken ownership immediately - one inside and one on top. So far, it's a hit. Time will tell on the quality/longevity of the product.

I would have gone with zero had it been possible. I have been trying to return the product but as they’re after sales service is beyond awful it is impossible. Don’t buy from them as a return and refund seems impossible. All they want is your money.
