I have tried several times to contact you about an issue I'm having with the Cat Cave. It arrived late October and was very crumpled due to packing straps crushing it so it would fit in a smaller box. It has remained crumpled and doesn't look very good. I would like to resolve this with either an exchange or maybe there's a way to get rid of that crumpled look? I look forward to hearing back from you. P.S. I originally tried contacting you through your website and I'm not sure why that didn't work?

Quality products, arrived timely, cats love them!

The cats LOVE it! It was a little difficult to put together.

I feel this is an amazing and quality product. My cat is a bit older and still unsure of it - thus - not an immediate love affair with it. I'm hoping she eventually warms up to it. She has used it as a scratcher and it still looks amazing.

Recent advertisement included striking cats with a hand and throwing objects at them. When they were publicly called out on it they respond with things like "It's unfortunate to hear some parts of our advertisement didn't resonate well with you" and "Apologies for any disappointment caused!" NEVER buying from them again, which is a shame since our cats really liked the cave.

I have a new Canadian sphynx kitten. Her name is Holly but I call her Parkour! She is a typical crazy girl so this is a wonderful addition for her parkour activities. It’s very sturdy as my granddaughter 30# sat in it to watch a movie. I particularly love the kitten cutout for her peeking out. What a great idea.

Easy to assemble and the cats LOVE crawling through them, sleeping in them, sleeping on top of them. Awesome product!
