I ordered the Furminator Grooming Bundle. It's awesome!! The brush is great & so easy to clean! Brushing the cats is so much easier now!

Well the cat loved it, that's what made my experience great. I bought it for a friend and his cat is fussy so, I wasn't sure how it would go but it was absolutely wonderful!

Update** So I finally received a response from the company as soon as I posted this negative review stating "there was a mishap" and they expedited my package and should receive it in 3-5 days. It didn't. I filed a claim on PayPal and received a response some days after doing so, THEN my package was finally shipped and I FINALLY received it on 5/24/24. Paid on 5/7/24. Do not recommend ordering directly from their website. Disorganized AF and horrible communication. Just use Amazon. ___________________ Ordered 2 cat caves directly from their website (which was my mistake, I should have ordered through Amazon), never received a confirmation or order number, never received a tracking number, I've emailed numerous times and called, no response. I should have paid attention to their summary on the "Contact us" page where they noted it takes time for them to get back to consumers because they are busy with local things and that messages they received sometimes go to spam. So weird and unprofessional. Trying to get my money back. Very disappointed in this company and don't recommend.

My cat, isn't into it, but my daughters cats love it! My cat is also old and large breed. Just happy that my daughters cats loves it.
