Cats love it 🥰 so do my dogs 😆

I ordered two donuts for my three cats. They came promptly. None of my cats would use them, so I have been trying to contact them for a refund. I have sent three emails so far and tried calling( only get a busy signal) and no replies to my emails and it has been two weeks. The product looked good, but my cats were just not interested in it. I give them a one for customer service as there was no 0 available. Please be careful as I do not know if I will get my refund.

My cat LOVES her cat cave! She took to it right away and she hangs out everywhere from the top of it to chasing herself inside it. She loves popping her head out the cat face opening. It is the cutest thing ever! It's also aesthetically pleasing to have in my home. Greatest product ever!

Product arrived quickly and exactly as promised. The kitties just love their newest toy.

This is the second cat donut I've purchased from you. The first was the smaller one and was too small for my maine coon cats. They played on it and used it as a scratching post but didn't go in it. The new extra large donut is perfect! My girls love it and lay in it all the time!! Thanks Cattasaurus!!

3 of our cats absolutely love the tunnel/bed. One has claimed it as her bed. All use it to scratch on which makes me happy. It has made my 7 year old cat more playful.

I received the item quickly and my cat loves it!

My cats are enjoying it. They love scratching on it. They are much larger than I was anticipating.
