My 8 mo. kitty, Sylvie, fell in love with her cat tunnel the moment I took it out of the box. She takes her toys into it and chases them around like crazy. Her zoomies get so fast she can actually flip it over. So entertaining to watch.

Delivery was quick and my cats LOVE their new stuff! I loved the BOGO offer because I have two cats. They each get their own and fight when the wrong cat is in the wrong spot. 😂 we love this product!

It arrived by Fed Ex and my cat likes it.

The cats went absolutely crazy (in a good way) when they saw their first Cattasaurus! They crawled over and into it immediately and then settled down to snuggle and chill together.

The customer service is impossible to reach. I have sent emails and tries calling for almost 2 weeks and am unable to reach them. There is no response to my emails and when I call the phone rings about 4 times and then goes to a busy signal. I have tried calling at least 10 times and the same thing happens every time. What good is their 90 day free return if you cannot reach them? 7-25-24 Update My email finally got through and they sent a UPS label for my return.

Package arrived sooner than expected. As soon as I put it together, my cat was in love. When she's feeling feisty she gets in the cave and pokes her head or paws out the hole. When she's feeling sleepy, she curls up into the tiniest ball and sleeps in the top.
