Once my cat figured it out, he loves it!!

The site was easy to work with along with any help I had along the way. Customer service was quick to help me and in a time crunch before I left for my new job. When Cattasaurus has the B1G1 I suggest donating the free one because those cats deserve these just as much, if not more. My cat loves to hide and play on the inside as well as sleep on top. They're super sturdy even for a hefty kitty like mine!

The reason I chose Cattasaurus over the many other vendors of similar cat tunnel-beds was because it's trial and return policy made sense. The others claimed a trial period but said the item needed to be returned unused - what kind of nonsense is that? Cattasaurus had the longest trial period and noted that a return only needed to be in resaleable condition, which is reasonable. It turned out our cat enjoys the item, so we don't have to return it!

Shipment was quick, product was what I expected. As soon as I zipped them together and walked out of the room, both cats went to investigate. One cat loves to ambush, so she's often inside waiting for someone to go past.
