The product came in a timely manner and I have to be honest, my cats were interested the moment I opened the box. Everything about this design instantly called to them, and they haven't moved away from it since. Definitely worth buying if you have cats.

Shipping was very fast and it is a good quality product. My cats enjoy playing in it and scratching it.

Good experience overall but I think they are overpriced.

Arrived in a timely manner. Great products! Our cats are older & are gradually warming up to their new cat caves. The humans loved them at first site!

The buy one get one deal is the only reason I ordered. A family member bought my cats one and my cat with FLUTD claimed it. He sleeps inside it safely and stress free all day. So, getting the BOGO deal was helpful because I really couldn't afford them and have two other cats. I plan to strategically space them out so they can each have their own if they want. The actual product is exactly as described...durable (my cats are 16 pounds and can lay on top without crushing it unlike other cat caves I have purchased). They haven't really scratched it but I can tell it would hold up to that. It is easy to spot clean as I have had a cat puke on top of it and inside, it did not stain. The zipper feature is amazing.

Took my cats a little more than 24 hours to get used to their new cat caves. I did find out that they liked them better when I stacked one on top of another, and placed them in a corner for stability. Maybe find a way to make them stackable? Or create an insert to help hold one on top, using the indentations in the middle.
