We knew we wanted a Russian Blue, and when we found our little guy, we were nervous to try a delivery service, but I decided to trust CatsDogs.us because of the ratings from BBB and fact that it had good reviews on other sites. Everything went smoothly and according to plan, and I was able to get a video of our kitten before he arrived. The one thing that threw me was that he arrived from Russia, and it was just such a long journey, he was pretty scared for a few days, but we had experience welcoming a kitten and had a dedicated space and worked to help him feel adjusted. he came with some kibble, which helped to be sure we weren’t going to upset his tummy. He was healthy and hasn’t been ill or had any negative tests or issues at the vet. We absolutely love him, and would use this process again if we wanted a specific breed. (This was our first time shopping rather than adopting.) Every question was answered, very nice communication and we felt like the price was reasonable, even though we don’t have info about his mom and dad or anything like that. (It wasn’t in his profile when I committed to adopt, so it wasn’t a requirement.) I feel like I was talking to real people about real animals, and that says everything! Thank you!
