The people that run this company are extremely nice and helpful. l recently asked about a toy recieved in March CatLady box. Two of my cats fell in love with it. They totally destroyed it with in two weeks. l sent them an email, and Sue answered me in under 24 hours. And even though l was willing to pay for the replacement, she replaced it charge free. l also enjoy every box l recieve. l watch for it every month.

I always love to get these surprises delivered once a month and so do my 4 cats. We have random cat toys in every room of this house. I've received so many fun things to use in my kitchen, office, etc... Sometimes I use the items as a great gift item. I will be a furever customer.

Always enjoy the themed boxes. Good variety and quality. Some items unique and sometimes trendy.

I love getting our Cat Lady boxes! My boys always rub on the inside of the box because of the scent. In fact the box sits open on the floor until the next one arrives and they take turns sitting in it. Some things are better than others but overall my home is full of cute Cat Lady items. The boys love the toys!

I've been getting catlady boxes for several years now. I currently have 10 rescued cats, from 11yrs to 6mo, I took in off the streets,from people's barns, etc. They were all injured or sick and I got them better and still have them and will definitely take in more as I find them. So the 2 cat toys every month is a big help and usually have at least a couple cats to like at least 1 of the toys. I like most of the shirts/blankets and the other 1 or 2 items that come for me!! I don't always feel I got my money's worth every month a d some months I do, so take what I can get. I also like the fact that what I pay every month helps several rescues get help for their cats. Usually if have an issue, is with the mailing process. When this happens, I reach out to catlady box and they get back to me very quickly and help/fix any issue. I recommend if you are a cat lover or know a cat lover, this is a great 1 time gift or great monthly subscription for yourself. For about $45 a month, you get stuff, your cat gets stuff and you help cats in rescues to get toys, blankets, funding for meds, etc.

I love that while the boxes are themed, you never know what you're going to get. It's not just an awesome t-shirt each month- there's jewelry, houseware items, towels, umbrellas, drinkware etc. It's never predictable. Each time the styles will be different, but I've never gotten anything that I couldn't use or didn't love. Their customer service is top notch. I've received boxes with broken items and there are times boxes have gone missing and I haven't received them at all. Quick and easy communication and I either got a credit or another box on its way. Today's box "Orange cat themed "was amazing. My girls are already enjoying their toys and I love my goodies
