I thought the catering from Arista was great. The initial service was a bit disorganized, but after things were talked about it was easier. Everything was done through email. But it would be nice to get things ordered through phone as well. The set up was easy and the tear down was easy as well. I wish to go boxes were provided for extra left over food.

Arista's customer service is excellent. They're really understanding and flexible, which is much appreciated as a client. Very affordable as well.

It was very well done

Two thumbs up in all respects except one. The one and only catering staff person, Willie, was under the impression that he could leave after setting up all the food items but before the guests arrived. I asked him if he could stay for a while, to help with serving and cleaning. Willie agreed to do so, which was a huge plus in my book! But in the future I suggest making sure this item, namely service help during an event, is addressed up front to help avoid any last minute surprises or frustrations. Job well done!

Everything went very smooth, food was great and I appreciate your timeliness in getting everything set up. The only feedback was the coffee was not hot enough.

The food was fantastic and so was the service. we will be using arista catering for our next function for sure!! Thank you Arista!!
