Very disappointing experience with Catapult Distribution. I paid for the distribution of my album and clearly disclosed that AI was used as part of the project. I did not try to hide or misrepresent anything. Despite this, my account was removed without any clear warning and, more importantly, without a proper explanation for the decision. What I find especially frustrating is the lack of transparency and communication. When a customer pays for a service, the minimum expectation is to be told exactly why their account was closed, which rule was allegedly violated, and what happens to the money they already paid. At this point, I am left with a service I paid for, a deleted account, and no satisfactory explanation. I completely understand that a platform may have rules regarding AI-generated or AI-assisted content, but those rules should be clearly communicated and applied transparently. Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend Catapult Distribution based on the way this situation was handled.

Terrible, declined my upload with no reason and won't let me sign back in. Keep in mind their prices are already high and theres better competition out there. Thought I would give them a chance, was very dissatisfied.

I'd been dealing with them for years but recently last year or so all my loyalty payments were withheld due to some tax form submission. I sent them the tax forms but still they kept asking for them, also the fact they dont pay out on small amounts anymore a minimum of 10 dollars, their website is terrible as when you input something half the time it never works. Its pretty bugged up to say the least. I have since written to them to close my account and withdrew my releases from distribution. I have a UK distribution service now that deals with all my interests much better.

Horrible! This company is always trying to get more money out of artists. They don't respond to emails, there is no support. Recently they stopped paying.

I've been complaining for more than a year for an album that should be on Tidal and it's still not there. Catapult simply stops replying to me and closing the case. I want them either to sort the problem out or giving me my money back.

Forget about this one. The guy or guys without a name provide the worst support; they are extremely selective about who they respond to and never answer at all, odd communication in general. It will be less stressful and better to use a different distributor.
